2. Estimates & Proposals
All estimates, proposals, and pricing provided by the Company are based on visible conditions and information available at the time of inspection.
Additional work, materials, repairs, code upgrades, permit requirements, hidden damage, electrical modifications, ductwork issues, structural conditions, or unforeseen site conditions discovered during the project may result in additional charges.
Estimates are non-binding until a final signed agreement is executed by both parties.
3. Payments
Payment terms shall be outlined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Deposits may be required for equipment orders or scheduled installations.

4. Scheduling & Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, equipment, electrical panels, attic spaces, crawlspaces, and work areas necessary to perform services.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by:

Appointment times are estimated arrival windows and may vary due to prior service calls, traffic, emergencies, or unforeseen conditions.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Manufacturer warranties apply solely to equipment and products provided by their respective manufacturers.
GreenComfort Heating & Air Conditioning makes no separate warranty beyond any workmanship warranty specifically stated in writing.
The Company shall not be responsible for:
